Currently I sell flooring for a store in Indianapolis. I am looking to grow into a field with larger earnings per transaction with better potential earn higher in the future than selling flooring.

I’ve been considering becoming a realtor though in the beginning I would only be able to work a bit in the mornings but definitely evenings.

Would you say it’s possible to work part time as an agent and slowly make it full time or is it not likely to pay off before I’m full time?

@Anthony Patton I have been wondering the same thing recently and while I was going to fix credit and pay debt first it occurred to me that if I can invest the money (small multi family) I can create an income stream allowing me to pay more debt faster.

Increasing income is a faster way to pay off debt, fix credit, and you are investing.

I know I’ve seen this before somewhere but I can’t seem to find it online.

I’m looking for individuals who own rental properties, flips, etc in the greater indianapolis area. So far as I’ve heard one of the best ways to find these people is to find a list of purchased homes that were bought with cash. But I can’t find these records at the courthouse to save my life.

How would you go about finding investors like this?

@Brandon Stevenson I recommend (unless the moderators shut down this comment for answering your question with a recommendation) a 5 millimeter thick vinyl plank floor with the pad attached.

It is waterproof so basement accidents wouldn’t be a problem.

If kids are playing on it a 12 mil wear layer will be more than sufficient.

You can find such a product at a HD or Lowe’s for between $2-3 per square foot or you can call a local flooring store most of which are still taking samples to people’s homes.

Do not go to Lumber Liquidators as we will save dollars but the product is literally trash and has the lowest ratings possibly on the planet.

I just got a call from an investor buddy of mine from Cali, just let me know that this guy was stealing from investors. A lot. It's a bummer cuz I've known the guy for a while and sadly can no longer recommend him.

@Russell Brazil some people just love to buck the rules don’t they? 😂 You give them an awesome site and all they do is complain about their podcast not being promotable on parts of that site.
