Become part-time realtor?
Currently I sell flooring for a store in Indianapolis. I am looking to grow into a field with larger earnings per transaction with better potential earn higher in the future than selling flooring.
I’ve been considering becoming a realtor though in the beginning I would only be able to work a bit in the mornings but definitely evenings.
Would you say it’s possible to work part time as an agent and slowly make it full time or is it not likely to pay off before I’m full time?
