Have a few interested individuals so far, one that wants to start a group, which is awesome. Again, I am willing to host other groups that need more space or a more private space. So if you can think of anyone tag them or let them know about this thread.

No problem. If you personally know of meetups that need a place to go or grow let me know as I am happy to reach out to them. Not looking to earn from meet ups, just to help this community grow. I am really tired of online events and pitch meetings.

I have tried browsing the meetup forums and it is a mess.

How many investors still meet or want to meet up in Indianapolis? I have a space in Indianapolis that could seat 100 people at least. If you have an investor meetup you want to start or have a current meetup that needs more room please shoot me a message. If I can facilitate people meeting in person I would be happy to do so.

Or comment here to let me know about good meetups in the Indy area.

@John Kunick I can’t even ask the doctor about my wife’s medical condition without express consent and hoop jumping around some medical laws.

No way we are allowed to demand medical information. This will cause lawsuits

@Juan Santiago the truth can be simply stated but a lie needs a shroud of words to hide in.

That said, looking at some of the verbiage in this thread should reveal the amount of lies people are comfortable telling so long as they can do some verbal contortions.

I used to work for a wholesaling company till I realized how many lies the industry tells. It’s really sick.

But you can wholesale and not lie. If you say you are going to buy the house, buy the house yourself. If you aren’t going to buy it, tell them you intend to market the contract.

Just be honest.

@Will Gaston not necessarily true. He could believe the crash is coming and decide to use his cash flow to buy properties at the bottom.

Sounds like a great person. Start every business relationship with a lawsuit, that's what I always say.
