Adam Yunker also consider the minimum cash flow you're willing to accept. Just because you pay $70,000 doesn't automatically mean it'll cash flow.

Joe Monfredo You've came to the right place! Since you travel a lot maybe you should consider a partner. BP is a great place to network, and you should also consider attending local REIA's.. They can provide many useful contacts. Best of luck moving forward!

Andres Morales Welcome to the site! Great idea to start young. I'm assuming you're interested in buy and hold investing, so I'd suggest house hacking for your first rental property. That way you can obtain better financing and experience as a landlord. I like the vertical forest idea- pretty cool.

@Vernard Kennedy Since you're only a 2 hour bus ride away, you should come on down for a weekend and learn the neighborhoods.

A few tips: Upload a picture to your profile so people can get a better sense of who you are.

Don't just post 'write your post' - people won't want to help you with that attitude.

Elvita Quinones I'd recommend attending as many REIAs as you can. There are always agents and brokers that also attend that you can connect with and potentially meet a good fit for your needs.
