Searching for a Philadelphia Real Estate Broker

Hi BP friends,

I am working on reactivating my PA Real Estate Salesperson license and am searching for a Real Estate Broker who would allow me to "hang my license on the wall", pay the associated fees and practice part-time.  Because I work a traditional 9 to 5 job, I cannot provide mandatory floor time/hours of that nature.   My primary focus will be on investing for myself initially until I am able to leave my full-time job.  Can anyone recommend a Philadelphia (or close suburbs) Real Estate Broker?  I can provide professional references and would enjoy the opportunity to discuss in-person/phone/skype.

What questions would you seasoned investors who may be doing the same advise that I ask?

Thank you!
