@Tom Doherty we have a similar story. Graduated from Temple and shortly after realized that the corporate world is not for me. Just got my real estate license so I'm excited to jump in full time as an agent. Where are you looking to invest?

Kyle Zarnoff I went to high school in Scranton. Seems like there are some pockets where you can get some nice returns on your investment. As far as BP, check out the education tab. There is so much great info packed in there, especially the podcasts. They have taught me so much! Best of luck to you!

@Daniel Lussier Welcome to BP! I rented in Middletown, Ct for about a year. What area of the state are you looking to invest in?

@Eric Neith glad you're jumping back into it. Do you invest in Philly or just Hellertown?

Anthony LaBarbera I don't have any properties in the poconos but that's where I grew up. With Camelbak, The crossings and everything else to do in that area, with the use of Airbnb and VRBO, and a good system for cleaning/up keeping the properties, I don't think you'll have a problem renting them out all year long.

Jim Smith Ethan Giller I've been wondering about this topic.. When you say unrelated tenants, do you mean all separate leases? Or literally blood relatives? Would this still be a violation if all 5 tenants are not related (by blood) but on the same lease, instead of individual leases?
