@Fatima Champagne  A lot of different neighborhoods offer multifamily homes, it just depends on your budget, safety concerns etc. Keep in mind that a lot of areas are very block by block.

Ross Ellington I'd have to agree with Dave here. You always want to account for capex for those big ticketed items such as a roof etc so you don't have to pay out of pocket.

@Stefan Garza There are at least 2 BP podcasts (could be more, not sure) that have guests that specialize in mobile homes and trailer park investing.
