Hey Everyone!
Long time listener, first time caller. My name is Cameron Lister. I work as a recording engineer in Los Angeles, CA. Looking to get into real estate investing, specifically interested in multi-family but also open to fix and flip.
I've done one real estate deal at this point (the home I live in) in Los Angeles but looking to do more.
Currently looking at Pittsburgh as a potential spot to invest in... I grew up there and my parents still live in Point Breeze. Anybody have any insight into the area?
-Any real estate agents or management companies people have worked with?
-Any parts of town to look at or be wary of?
Most everything I'm seeing seems to be about a 7% Cap Rate... Has anybody else invested in the area... what have your experiences been like with tenants and vacancy?
Thanks, nice to meet everyone.
