While building his first business, Volnay Capital, Ricky Beliveau spent six years working full time as an analyst at Wellington Management. After his company began experiencing year-to-year growth, he made it a full-time career. He founded Volnay Capital in 2010 with buy-and-hold rental properties and opened its development division a few years later, which now has more than 15 projects at various stages of development in and around the city of Boston. More recently, he launched Volnay Management, which manages more than 300 condo/rental units in Boston and the surrounding suburbs, and EVO Real Estate Group, a real estate brokerage he founded with his business partners.

Excellent. Wanted to update this by saying that we prefer private lenders who understand real estate investments (by being on BP, has you covered on the latter).

Also, all of our projects are off-market deals and we never pay more than 70% of arv
