We are excited to bring you this event with guest speaker Ricky Beliveau, RE Developer. He will share his story of how he went from house hacking a multi family in Boston in 2013 to developing hundred-unit buildings today.
While building his first business, Volnay Capital, Ricky Beliveau spent six years working full time as an analyst at Wellington Management. After his company began experiencing year-to-year growth, he made it a full-time career. He founded Volnay Capital in 2010 with buy-and-hold rental properties and opened its development division a few years later, which now has more than 15 projects at various stages of development in and around the city of Boston. More recently, he launched Volnay Management, which manages more than 300 condo/rental units in Boston and the surrounding suburbs, and EVO Real Estate Group, a real estate brokerage he founded with his business partners.
Founded in 2010 Volnay originally focused on smaller condo style developments but now with several larger-scale rental buildings breaking ground, and submissions for a few much larger developments, the company has grown to new heights.
