Let's connect & go over one of our latest flips.
We bought this Medford Single Family house, off-market. We budgeted a small $25k for Rehab cost (we'll explain why) and we finished the work in 30 days. We accepted an offer after one open house.

We'll go over:

* Deal Financials
* Working with sellers directly
* Price Negotiations
* Why do a Quick, Cheaper Rehab Vs. an extensive rehab

* & Much more!

Hey Donielle, yes you'll be able to see all the units yes well. These tend to always last a bit longer than anticipated since they tend to turn into networking & connecting with others. I'm anticipating 1-2 hours.

Looking forward to see you

We'll go over our case study for 17 Maywood St. How we acquired this off-market multi family, the rehabbing process, the financials of the deal and why we decided it to keep it for our rental portfolio.

Some of the things we'll go over:

* Acquiring off-market properties

* Short Sale Process & working with heirs of an estate.

* Deal Details & Financials

* Our $450k Rehab (process, mistakes, lessons, zoning tricks etc)

* How to turn regular deals into future Re-Development

The address is 17 Maywood St, Roxbury, MA

We'll bring coffee & donuts . See you all there

Hey @David Cahill thanks for the response. I did go to 1010, found out you can build 1 SF "by right" and you have to go in front of zoning for 2-3+ Family.

Hi,

I'm buying a buildable lot in Dorchester for the first time. The deal is obviously as-is . Whoever has bought buildable lots before, what kind of due diligence have you done?

I searched DEP Database for any violations and nothing came up. I know there used to be a multi family there before (decades ago) .

Any feedback is much appreciated
