Don't miss out on this informative and engaging event!
This is a unique event that will provide valuable information from high-caliber professionals who have been operating in the local community and beyond for a long time. Their approach has driven fantastic results for every project they have been involved with and at Whiteacre Properties, we are proud to collaborate with them on several successful projects.
Learning the entitlement process has made us at Whiteacre a lot of money.
Here are some of the things we have been able to do through rezoning a piece of property:
- * Vacant land to 4 unit rental building
- * Vacant land to 3 condos
- * Two adjacent single families to 34 unit rental building
- * Two family house to 28 unit rental building
None of the above projects was by right and each case we had to go through an extensive process with the City of Boston.
Come join us so you can learn and apply the same techniques to your own deals!
This event has a $10 Fee payable through EventBrite.
