Michael DeCandia and his wife Katelynn live in North Andover, MA, where they started and continue their real estate journey while working their full-time. They started DeCandia Property Investments, LLC in January 2023 with a primary focus on flipping residential, single, and small multi-family properties as a method of quickly building capital and escaping the W2 life. Currently, they are working on their third, full-scale renovation. Michael is an Engineer by profession, working a full-time, rotating shift in a power generation facility. He is also a Licensed Construction Supervisor, a Realtor (MA) with LAER Realty Partners, Team Ener-G, and an active member of the Boston AREIA and New England REIA.

Devon Turner is the owner of Telegraph Hill Home Buyers, a local real estate investing company that focuses on properties from Boston to Cape Cod. Through the use of direct-to-seller marketing, Devon sources off-market deals for himself and fellow investors. After 2 years working on the Acquisitions Team at Whiteacre Properties, he started Telegraph Hill Home Buyers in 2023. Devon is also a Licensed Agent with Elevated Boston and an Acquisitions Consultant for The Elevated Companies, a Boston-based development firm.

Taulant Hibroj is the owner of Dukat Properties, a real estate investment company he founded in 2022. Taulant also received his real estate license in 2023. He has a full time job working in the IT Field, but his main goal is to build a strong, successful company. He bought his first property in 2014, which he house-hacked to build some capital. It took him another 7 years to commit to becoming a Real Estate Investor. Since then, he has acquired off-market properties, worked with wholesale deals, and recently completed a fix & flip project.
