We would like to share our latest deal in Worcester with all you guys!

We purchased this property through a short sale and have completed the rehab and the property is ready for a new buyer. However we will be implementing a different exit strategy this time around, and will sell the house through a lease option. This technique will generate over $100k on this small single family house.
Join us on Saturday as we will explain all the steps to finding and securing a qualified buyer for your property and how to implement a successful lease option sale.

We would like to share with all of you our latest finished rehab. We had a tour of this property with the group when it was half way through construction but we thought it would be a good idea to bring everyone back to look at the finished product and the final numbers. This property went under agreement right after the 1st weekend of open houses for $25k over asking price. We will be discussing renovation budget, listing strategies, how to handle multiple offers etc. This will be a great networking event and will have a Q&A after the presentation.

    Hey Daniel, where in South Shore? For our flips we’ve used: In House Kitchen Design (inhousekitchendesign.com) Quick turnaround time & great for mid-price flips. Very reasonably priced. I have my own guys install them.
    Hi Jennifer, Boston suburbs have incredible demand still & very little supply. Lots of families are looking to move in. As for profits, there’s a lot of profits to be made even with quick rehabs (doesn’t have to be a ground up construction). We’re rehabbing a property in Medfield, MA now and we’re anticipating record profits (for single family flips). Feel free to PM if you have specific questions.
