This site offers a "free" 7 day course on tax lien investing.  As anyone ever come across this and used them?  Any info greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I've seen some BPO properties on CL and I googled it but don't understand it.  Can someone please help me with what BPO and 1/2 BPO means?

Thanks.

So I found a property that was purchased at an auction.  And the sheriff deed registration shows the purchase price of $100.  Is this really the true sales price?  Probably not.  So how do I find out what the new owner actually paid?

I'd like to find out who bought a property and for how much.  I saw a deal where the last sale was for $100 on Trulia after some other prices of $110K, etc.  Is this public record?  And what's the best way to search?

Thanks.

I attended Brandon Turner's webinar the other night and he said go find a real estate agent...right away.  What kind of RE agent am I, a newbie, looking for?  How do I know a good one?

Thanks.

Hi Joseph - I'm new to BP and would like to come.  I can only commit to tentatively attending because my kids activities are constantly changing.

Can you tell me what if you would expect private investors to show up at this type of event?

Thanks.
