Off Market Deal between Arlington and Fort Worth. Great location but not many houses comparable to what we are. We are surrounded by nice brick home neighborhoods. We actually sit right across from the entrance to one! Most of the comps are pulled out of that neighborhood and heavily discounted. Sitting on 1/3 of an acre with 50-60 acres of undeveloped woods behind us. For rehab I think you will get out what you put in. We are by far the cheapest thing being sold in a mile radius! Don't let that fool you though because this jewel is going to need some serious elbow grease!

Updated comps are pretty basic so nothing fancy is needed. If you put $15k to $20k into it for a rental, you should be able to rent for $1350/month. Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, dinette table and chairs, and nice desk convey with property.
