DOM are an average of 12 with most selling within 2 weeks. The rehab consists of a little bit of everything, roof, foundation, and HVAC need to be addressed. Overall, very solid area in close proximity to Highland and University park area.

This house has some good curb appeal and charm, as well as high ceilings and lots of decorative beams--it will show well for sure, once fixed up. For rehab, apart from roof, WH, some windows, and electrical, it will need a bit of everything--the seller will get the foundation fixed by closing, or we will adjust the price to compensate.
