How did the investment turn out? Did you report the shady capital source to the authorities @Barbra Thebenyane?

I am not so sure about agricultural land for REI. Unless you are buying a medium sized piece for appreciation over time near an urban zone. You will need to have it rezoned in 20 years, but the value will have skyrocketed!

Clever Idea @Account Closed! I might use that.

I agree with you, @Account Closed, an assembly line system definitely saves on seed capital requirements, as that downtime is the most damaging part of the process. I don't see how any of this could be construed as counter-intuitive however.

I have always used the 20% deposit if buying, but  I think seed capital is more than that. Seed Capital is also your initial starting capital to begin your flip or build.

Thanks guys, I see now that there may be little to no benefit in trying to leverage financial institutions against one another. I figure so long as I am borrowing at the national average or less, than I should be okay. It's a load off my mind, and my seed capital!

@Account Closed I couldn't agree more! That's precisely why I got into the industry. I am also looking to expand internationally. I have learned in an early thread the many obstacles facing mobile home units in foreign countries, but I am still very interested in the idea.

I would not recommend penny stocks for sure! Have you looked into Cryptocurrencies @Shiela Zhao? What else have you learned so far?
