Hi Trevor, thanks for your input! I am in the mobile home game, and have considered, in the long run, to have a community swimming pool built for the park. For sure this is not something that needs to be built now, would be a definite waste of seed capital.

I concur with @Account Closed, International accountant will hold your highest chance of success.

It sounds as though you may want to visit the local library and edumacate yourself on the process. Also visit a bank, and see if you can schedule a consultation. Your seed capital is precious, take care of it.

I have begun working with seed capital, a company out of Nevada, and their product offering seems relevant to your situation. So long as you know the risks involved and the credit free periods, you should be alright.

I would steer clear of any JVs with a private education institution. Never heard an anecdote indicating success in this kind of case!

I use mint, love it. It's only viable for United States banks however, so no luck if you live or work internationally.

4 sounds like a good number to me personally (if possible), though I have heard of people seeking a dozen quotes when doing large builds or developments. I suppose you really can't go wrong getting as many quotes as possible.

I spend no more than 20 dollars on any given week through Facebook targeted ads. I don't subscribe to Linkedin Premium, but that is my next step!
