What kind of family demographic would most likely be interested in a higher end mobile home solution? The average cost to a double wide manufactured home sits at around 80-95k. If you were to offer a premium manufactured home solution for say, 140k, what would be the primary demographic interested in this housing solution?

I constantly hear from friends who are not REI savvy that the bubble will come soon. These are guys who, though they are not involved in REI, are deeply involved in the financial industry and are very focused on daily topics and news sources. Do you, as an investor, fear another housing market crash? Will an upcoming Real estate market crash be synonymous with the financial market crash? When do you think the bubble, if it does indeed exist, will pop?

I am fresh and new to this forum and I want to do things right. When I see an account that seems fraudulent, what is the best way to report this to BP staff? Is there a recognized presence of bots and or fake accounts here or is the community very safe? What proof needs to be supplied to get a false account taken down?
