I just bought my first flip, well first in the Phoenix area, and am looking for recommendations for carpentry, tiling, flooring, electrical and landscaping. None of the projects are huge but at least several days to a week each. Anyone have any good recommendations for people they've used who are fair, reliable and good quality? Thanks!

I am buying a house in Phoenix with my son and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a cash out refi vendor with a short seasoning period? We should have this renovation done in a couple of months and would like to refi as soon as possible. Any ideas for good lenders? We're both well qualified. Thanks

I am wanting to generate leads for houses for me to buy as flips. I'd like to develop marketing that would get people to call me when they need to sell their homes quickly. I'd sure appreciate any ideas you may have for that!Thanks

Thank you for all the great responses! We don't have much of an REIA group here, just what I started a year ago but that being said, I"m the most active investor in the group so not a lot of help from them. I"ll look into a few HMLs and ask lots of questions!
