Stay away from them. Found a Yelp that matched my situation with them. Poor handling of account. Drug out the process so long I had to pay additional EMD to save the deal. Got plenty of assurances that credit was "excellent," but never any forward movement. Always "one more thing" after another. After 2+ months, I lost the property plus $3500 in EMD and fees. Won't return phone calls or emails.
