I hope you'll be able to come to the next meeting February 13 at Salt Hill Pub in Lebanon. Hoping to have a speaker on appraisals. Does anyone have any info good or bad on a site called 'Real Foreclose Miami Dade'? They have foreclosure listings at auction online that I've been watching for several days and just wondered if anyone has done anything with them? Thanks!

Does anyone have any feedback on the property management companies which are part of Memphis Invest with Chris Clothier called Premier Property Management or with Zach Lemaster's company RentToRetirement, specifically the management part? We're trying to get as much info as we can soup to nuts and both these companies have great acquisition and rehab reviews but I'm working on the management piece now. Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanks!
