Phoenix cash out refi seasoning?
I am buying a house in Phoenix with my son and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a cash out refi vendor with a short seasoning period? We should have this renovation done in a couple of months and would like to refi as soon as possible. Any ideas for good lenders? We're both well qualified. Thanks
