The moratorium is nothing more than giving the low class irresponsible people a free ride. They think they are "entitled" to it.

We must be the only two that want to do this. And I don't know how either. I do keep a file on every tenant of every conversation/email that was said between us and dated. Emails I copy/paste. In person or phone calls I narrate. I only have a few doors so if you have several doors this probably won't work. Hopefully someone will teach both of us. Thanks in advance.

I had a renter/guy a few months back that I told to quit smoking pot inside. He got pissed and told me how he was going to cost me a whole lot of money and drag things out. I went to a lawyer and she explained to me how things are going to go. She said he will be out in less than 50 days and that was including the 30 day notice. She gave the renter a 30 days notice with no reason. Not needed in Michigan. The renters daughter called me at about day 27 with her sob story. I explained the her what my lawyer said. He was out in 30 days.

I had a tenant say the same thing to me. I said, then you take care of it and if you don't I will. She did.

Yes I was paying. That wasn't it. They fixed it. The address was a decimal point. 317.5 Wouldn't work. Has to be 317 1/2.

I did send them a message. They haven't gotten back with me yet but it finally activated so I'm good. No idea why it wouldn't activate or why it did.

I'm trying to list an apartment on Zillow that I have listed in the past. It keeps saying listing can not be activated. Any idea why? Are there words I can not use anymore? I am trying to list it from my list of properties. I haven't changed anything? Ideas please. Thanks

Go to https://info.petscreening.com/...  and have your renter fill out their form. Pet Screen will check to see if the emotional support animal is legit. If it's not find a way to get rid of them.

If I'm working outside and I'm near one of the windows or doors I let them know especially if it's a bedroom window. If I'm not near those then I don't. As far as the cleaning up stuff. If they don't move it in 2 weeks I would tell them they have 2 days or I will charge them $50 or whatever and haul it to the dump.

I put carpet in the bedrooms. I always use a good pad. Typically the bedrooms are low traffic areas. I have 7 year old carpet in bedrooms that is still in good condition.
