Warranties are great as long as the company is still in business when you need them

Does a young person (21 year old) start out with a credit report number in the 700's and work their way down with late payments and such or do the start out at 0 and work their way up "proving" their credit. Just curious how it works. Would it be unheard of for a 21 year old to have a high credit rating? How long does it take to build good credit from no credit or to change bad credit to good?

Definitely, 1 key for all locks. Here in Michigan the landlord has to provide shades, blinds or curtains. Shades and blinds are $4 each at Menards.

I gave it 2 coats of BIN. I let it dry well between coats. It still had a faint odor. The new pad has a plastic backing. Odor gone. Hope it stays gone or I will be pulling up the floor some day. Lessen learned. Thanks for the input.

Regular carpet, not glued down.

Renter moved out and the dog left his mark. I pulled up the carpet that was glued down to wood. It looks like the wood had been previously painted. I managed to scrap up the loose stuff and the bigger chunks of glue. Do I have to remove all the glue before applying BIN primer or can I apply it over the carpet glue. Would it still smell if I did that? I am guessing the glue would not absorb urine???
