I started to learn real estate but had transition myself to the digital world and learn everything about online marketing. I had started to run a marketing agency than realized i had no passion for it and real estate was definitely my to go for sure. So now I’m taking everything i learned about marketing and leveraging with my investing journey. How can i stay in touch with you? Thanks!

you can find me on BP. I am on here every day.

@Thomas Hausfeld welcome to BP. The best thing you have on your side is time! keep learning and take action.

@Rafael Rascon,

welcome back! I am not physically in the Wichita market but I do have a few properties there. I grew up in Wichita so I have some knowledge of the area. I am a buy and hold forever type of investor. How are you doing and what have you been up to?

I live 6,188 miles away from my property, I had to look it up out of curiosity.

it would be even more hilarious if the actual gold car parked somewhere else that day.

If anyone ever wants to be added to that mailing list just contact me.

In the market report last Sunday I found out that the Wichita area as a whole actually depreciated in value when compared to this time last year by 0.72 %. Keep in mind this is a 35 mile radius around Wichita so there are places that are still appreciating but as a whole the market took a dip. I think this is due to the sharp increase in interest rates over the last month.

I will have to take you up on that offer!
