Jimmy Dang Hey Jimmy! Well that’s wonderful and nice to know you’re in the cashflow of investing, definitely someone I’d like work with. I myself been educating myself for the past two years. I started to learn real estate but had transition myself to the digital world and learn everything about online marketing. I had started to run a marketing agency than realized i had no passion for it and real estate was definitely my to go for sure. In the market report last Sunday I found out that the Wichita area as a whole actually depreciated in value when compared to this time last year by 0.72 %. Keep in mind this is a 35 mile radius around Wichita so there are places that are still appreciating but as a whole the market took a dip. I think this is due to the sharp increase in interest rates over the last month.
