Car Fire From Hell.

Running one of the largest rental portfolios in the Cleveland, Ohio area I have managed 1,000's of properties & dealt with countless tenants. In short, I have seen it all. From death threats to tenants being murdered to overdose to theft, property damage, fire, destruction, damage & everything else in between.

The purpose of this blog is to peel back the curtain on the Property Management Business and show you some of the real life things that have happened to me or members of my company 1st hand. It's not always sunshine & rainbows. If you have the stomach for it, it's a very rewarding business but sometimes it can be scary, disturbing, challenging & sometimes down right disgusting.

The situation:

One of our tenant's pissed off somebody. As I understand it our tenant loaned some money to someone. That person never paid our tenant back. This caused a rift between our tenant & the person who didn't pay our tenant back. Naturally this led the person to come to our property & set our tenant's car on fire. Thing is, they weren't sure exactly which car was the right car. All they knew was our tenant had a gold car. So they did what any other red blooded American would do. They set both gold cars in the parking lot on fire. 🔥

Thankfully nobody was killed or injured. However on a negative note my dumpster enclosure got burned up pretty good, lol. Hit me with your best tenant from hell stories in the comments below.
