I can definitely see a big change in the laws being more tenant-friendly.

how large are these groups? also, are they booking a stay throughout the year? I believe there is always a market out there to find and he found a super Niche demographic.

I will be moving out to the Las Vegas area in January! I am super excited to move back to the USA, especially Las Vegas! Currently, I own a few properties in Kansas however I am looking to network with you all. Are there any virtual meetups i can attend? Additionally, does anyone has a recommended property manager? Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to any direction you can point me to.

I will be moving there in January and Im looking to buy in Centennial Hill because of the schools and it isn't too far from Nellis AFB. Would it be better to buy now while I'm overseas or buy upon arrival? I mainly do not want to rush to purchase a home but also I don't want to pay too much.
