Hello everyone! I am looking to buy my first investment property in Las Vegas. I am in the process of looking for a good lender for my strategy. I want to house hack a 4-plex on an FHA loan for my first investment. What characteristics and criteria should I be looing for in a lender? What questions should I be asking? Thank you for your input and happy holidays!

@Romeo Sison

I’ve used One Nevada the last 3 times I’ve needed a loan. Cheap fees, good rates and NO points!

Always good to get a few quotes at the same time though.

Good Luck 🍀
