@Mike German started buying small tax deeds in philadelphia and then became a broker for Marcus & Millichap and wanted to focus on multifamily acquisitions. Before real estate I was in a financial advisor, so with the real estate experience and financial experience it got me into what I am doing now. If you ever have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

@Julien Plouffe congrats on making the jump!! My first deal was a 48 unit and love the bigger properties now. If I can make one suggestion, go bigger if you have the resources!! 

@Joseph Gozlan is 100% the smaller deals don't offer the same economies of scale like the larger properties do. If you have a good presence in the market with the smaller houses you might be able to package it all together and see if you can get better management

@Will Flores find a good contractor, there is not much help I can give you having not seen the property. If you want to live in the house it should allow you to be more competitive then just trying to flip it.
