@Jey Berke never did a DSTs but I have done Tenants in Common (TIC) agreements. We just did this for a purchase in simpsonville with a group of investors and a 1031 component

I love the B/C market right now, everything is out of state for me and cap rates vary between markets 

Long term low interest debt is what we're looking for, we like the multifamily deals that cash flow in double digit's. Lock in long term agency debt and sitting back and wait

Right now its all about cash flow!! I'm not betting on appreciation in todays market. We are getting nice long term debt and locking in low interest rate loans for great cash flow.

@Micki M. would love to talk more. I understand the situation and think you could have some great options. Let me know if you have some time.

@Mark Ellis I would get very comfortable with a longterm deal and sit back and cash flow. I'm a huge believer in Multifamily space, but thats just me. Would love to talk and see if I can answer any questions you may have. You just have to make sure your investment lines up with what your looking to accomplish 

@Larry Smet Its great to see you jumping in!! We are looking out in Indy also, we have been digging a little and like what we are seeing. I will be touring in the next month or so and hoping to do the same. Want to meet some good people and learn a little more about the areas and whats going on.
