David Krulac If you don't get title insurance what do you do after you buy properties? To get insurance you have to clear title, this takes about 45-60 days from when you get the deed from the county. Then I have at least 3 companies that will give me title insurance.

It really gets detailed which will help anyone looking to buy these priorities. Also don't forget to factor in economies of scale!! Does it make sense to buy 4 4unit properties or 1 16 unit, just keep that in mind when looking for deals.
