@Peter Lohmann AbbeyHill ended up getting us almost to the finish line. We are selling the building now, they rehabbed it and cleaned out the bad tenants. Operation wise now that the property was cleaned out I didn't think they were the right managers. We are going to market now and hopefully get this sold early 2017
