@Priscila Parra I was a commercial broker in Ridgewood, Queens selling multifamily's the market was great. What are you looking for when you buy these? Cash flow is harder to get in that market because the prices have gone up A LOT in the last couple years. If you have any questions let me know, Im not a broker anymore but have a real estate investment business.

@LaRaye Alderman Sign up for all the broker sites you can. You need to call brokers and property managers!!! Commercial is a little different then single family. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask 

@Adrienne Herrenbruck I currently own an 80 unit on John's island and in contract on a 160 unit, scheduled to close in November on a property in North Charleston. I love the market down there, next time I am in town we should definitely grab a coffee.
