New to Charleston and Mount Pleasant, SC

Hey All, I'm not actually new to BP, but have moved to Charleston, SC and specifically the Mount Pleasant area.  I'd love to meet other investors in the area and see how we may be able to help one another, and if nothing else, to encourage one another in our goals.  Currently I'm looking for a small multifamily in Old Mount Pleasant or Sullivan's Island.

Hey @Adrienne Herrenbruck!

My family is in the middle of buying a place in Mount Pleasant, so we'll be in the area in just a few weeks. My husband and I are new to BP and new to investing, save for what we jokingly refer to as an 'accidental' flip last year. I'm reading like crazy to learn the business, but in the meantime, it'd be so great to meet another investor in the area! 

Our new house doesn't close until sometime after 10/14, but if you're looking to connect before then, I'd love to chat with you about what our goals are in the area. Maybe we've got some overlap, and can help each other out :-)
