New Active Duty Investor in Pensacola

Hi everyone. I've been listening to the podcasts for a little over a month now, and finally decided to get started on the forum.

I'm under contract now for my first home here in Pensacola. I'm thinking to buy another home in the area and start renting it out within the next year. When I leave Pensacola in two years, I plan to rent out both homes for the long-term.

Looking forward to interacting with you all and continuing my real-estate education with this great network.

-Doug

Hey man I'm active duty too! Pensacola seems like a great area. I have a friend(also active duty) who's renting his place in destin and he's glad he did! Let us know how it goes
