Thanks Roy. How do you find out what your tenancy laws are in your jurisdiction? I'm worried that one of my tenants is going to stop paying and I want to know the laws to get them out of my property without having to pay the expense to evict them. Because they are the type that will try to ride the wave as long as possible without paying rent and living still in my home.

That makes sense Alecia. How would I find out what my laws are for something like this if a tenant didn't pay their rent and I wanted to get them out?

How do you get the other properties' tax cards to compare their taxes to mine? And is getting your property taxes reduced tough to do when dealing with the courthouse..

Awesome, thanks Alecia! you're the best. you're headed down the road to making 30 million dollars, I can just sense it. (:

Should I just focus on multi-family properties, everyone says single-family homes don't bring much of a return, and its not worth having really.

I have 100k sitting in my checkings account doing nothing, I own 1 single family home that is completely paid off and I own a duplex that I owe 115k on. Should I buy more real estate with this 100k, or keep it as money in case of emergencies and reserves. Im trying to grow my portfolio

Whats a good app or website tool to use to run numbers and determine if a property will cashflow or not?

How can I get a loan to buy an investment property to rent if I don't have any money for a down payment, is there a way for me to buy deals with no money down. If so, how?

Is it worth going to the courthouse to protest my taxes being too high, do you think I will win and get the taxes reduced or usually the city won't reduce it?

I would like to increase the value of my home, what's the cheapest way to do so and still increase the value and make the home look nice. what are the main things in a home that should be changed or updated to raise the value?
