I would like to increase the value of my home, what's the cheapest way to do so and still increase the value and make the home look nice. what are the main things in a home that should be changed or updated to raise the value?

First impression is the most important!! Before you go and spend a lot of money renovating the kitchen or bathrooms, I would suggest painting and landscaping. White paint goes a long way, modern colors like gray on the exterior of your house with accents of white colors will transform the appearance. Additionally to painting the house, landscaping is an absolute MUST! The curb appeal is the most important aspect of your home. The first thing the potential buyer or tenant will see is the front of the property. it’s like looking at a pretty face! Hope this helps.
