I have 100k in my checkings account
I have 100k sitting in my checkings account doing nothing, I own 1 single family home that is completely paid off and I own a duplex that I owe 115k on. Should I buy more real estate with this 100k, or keep it as money in case of emergencies and reserves. Im trying to grow my portfolio

I would use part of it to buy more income properties. Keep some for reserves, but having 100K earning nothing over time costs you money.
