So the HML funds for purchase price. But only funds 70-80%, ok. Now With the PML, will fund the Gap and rehab and the interest payments to first mortgage. Is this what it is, or am I not structuring it right

@Nick C. I had a HML funding purchase and rehab cost, I was looking to use a PML to pay the interest rates to HML. Than pay PML back when sale of the house. Or do I have all wrong

I have a HML funding 100 percent of the purchase price and Rehab. Should I get a second lender to fund for the interest payments? For the HML?

@Nathan Smith market on Craig’s list for cash buyers (Rehabber’s) or other local investors. Put it on Face book that you have a property under contract and are ready to assign

@Jaysen Medhurst one of the deals couldn’t get title insurancefrom three different title companies, so I am canceling on that one
