So i finally got my first deal, it’s in escrow. And it actually two of them. I couldn’t turn them down. They are both great deals, now I am overwhelmed. Any advice

How I pay my contractors? Do I have the PML fund escrow, and have escrow cut the check for the amount needed?

Title company says file has been red Flagged for fraud. And waiting on seller to find out what’s going on. Should I move on or Waite and see?

Do I take a contractor when I am gonna get measurements for the property, before I start my bidding?

An offer to an NOD seller should be at their debt, less than their debt more than their debt? Any advice?
