So i finally got my first deal, it’s in escrow. And it actually two of them. I couldn’t turn them down. They are both great deals, now I am overwhelmed. Any advice

@Michael Ablan But where do the funds go from PML? To pay the contractor? to the escrow company, and I have them cut the check when it's payday, or do the funds go to my LLC account and I cut the check for the contractor?

Title company says file has been red Flagged for fraud. And waiting on seller to find out what’s going on. Should I move on or Waite and see?
