@Ned Carey thanks to my cma, my rehab budget, that I give offers that can give me cushion not debt. But willing to sacrifice profits to get my best and highest offers for my first deal to get Credibility from it. And experience.

I do all kinds of marketing, direct mail, bandit signs, offers threw my agent or agents, I met work with other investors (wholeseler's). And I always get so close to getting a deal. The closes I ever get is I sign the contract but yet some one els gets it from under me. I provide a POF my LLC information, I get fed up. But I don't stop marketing

@Michael Radnothy the tenant and the property are from a short sell. So I don’t half to kick them out? And talk to them about possiblely renting with me

When buying from a wholeseler, but the property has tenants. How do I get the tenants out? And is this legal to kick tenants out afther I bought their home?

That means I would deposit that check to my LLC bank account, than write a check from my LLC to my self?

Could I still cash the check if it's under my LLC name?

@Ned Carey don't LLC owners get paid when the property sells and the escrow or title companies hand the investor the profits from the deal
