@Marcia Maynard the past two previous owners couldn’t get the tenants out. It’s a sfr the home from the out side looks nice, I am buying it and dealing with the tenants. Want to offer cash for keys. But tenants not answering door

@Will Fraser Thank you, it’s in escrow, property has tenants. I am going to do Cash for keys. Hopefully they will be Corporative with me. Also I am going to need an inspection done by the city

When a wholesaler ask for an offer in writing, does that mean use my agent to write the offer, or do I use my own Purchase and sale agreement contract?

@Kuba F. My offers threw agents I know I am competing with others, the wholesalers I sign contracts with I assume they go with the highest bidder for the contract. Even though I signed already. But a lot of leads I have been getting are from Craig’s list which is where I met all the wholesalers sending them to me..
