@Bill Brandt that’s a good idea. I was looking to get a duplex to start off with. Which am saving up for. Am gonna make an attempt to buy one next year. If possible. Because not all leads are deals, right?

Am sailor and only home for 3-4 months at a time. Is that enough time to find a deal?
