Can some one point me in the right direction of a good online course (if any ) for me to get my realtors license in Omaha?

@Kevin voogd To be honest things have been so busy at my place right now I haven't hide the time to look into it. But I know the place is was running these numbers for sold the same day I ran the numbers so..... Yrah but never hurts to practice

DO you do a lot of deals here in omaha? 

@owen D I work near Millard so I pretty much drive for dollars everyday during my lunch hour and before and after work. I really haven't come across anything yet but I still look. Dundee is on my mailing list but I also drive for dollars just about every weekend around that area. It seems everyone wants to live in that area. 

Thanks for the replies to answer jhon I would not nor do I have the means to pay all cash lol. I was running numbers on a sfr I found and was trying to see if I can make something work. 

@owen D I see you on the forums a lot in the Omaha area. It seems like your the only one from this area that stays active unless I'm just not seeing it.
