deal analyzer so I was playing with some numbers to see if this would be a good buy and hold if anyone could tell me some thoughts on this link that would be great i am in the omaha ne area if that helps.

oh my math was horribly off! You could barely get a $900,000 property, buuut your roi would be far better regardless.
