Even then, the information you provide about the deal may seem light or constrained by the little room left on the page.

It's a good habit to get into though. I've kept all my pictures from past deals and just need to put this together myself.

The more I thought about it, 2-page would be a more comprehensible format.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I want to start outlining my fix/flips in a 1-page format, including before/after pics, rehab costs, and profit.

I want to compile these for my own portfolio, so when I wish to outsource for investor funding, they can see my experience.

Does anyone have a format I could use? Or does BP offer something like this?

Hi everyone,

Question for y'all. There are times where I need to take down a distressed property that same day, or else the opportunity is gone. I currently dont have cash to buy the house straight out. My question is, if I use hard money, can i then immediatley turn around and refinance to a conventional loan? This would be for fix & hold properties.

How did you come up with that ARV?

The tax info lists this house at 1,859 sqft. Has there been non-permited additions?

@Ciro Affronti I'm 25, graduated from Engineering at Cal Poly (SLO). Been interested in REI for the longest time, now finally getting my finances together to begin making big moves. I'm exiting from a previous investment (non-REI) which will serve as capital for this venture.

Shoot me a PM, ill send you the meetings which I attend!

@Jenna Stark I have lots of friends in HB and Newps. Are you investing out there?

I was thinking the other day, how much these rental spaces are cleaning up. Then I read a report this morning stating that these businesses are killing it!

Does anyone on BP invest in storage space?

Is this meetup in Korea?

Welcome! I would be interested if you consider owner financing!
