Hello everybody my name is Andy, I live in Glendale, AZ, I am 29 yrs, and currently working as a communications engineer. I am trying to get involved in fix and flip investments. I have been doing research for 2 months and still trying to take in as much information as I can. I love the BP podcast, I try to listen to them as much as I can. I have been to couple REIAS and local club meetings, a lot of interesting information at these meetings. I do not have any experience in real estate at all or know anyone that is investing in real estate, which makes it much more difficult (scary) for me. My goal for this year is to buy and sell a fix and flip home. I am very motivated to get started. Well, I think that's it for my first post, many more to come. Thank you everyone for this wonderful community.
