1. They should have at least ten years experience.

2. They work with other investors or are an investor themselves.

3. Brutally honest without a hint of shade.

4. You need to like and trust them. If you don't like them or trust them completely, find someone else.

Thank you for the input! But how can I tell that a realtor is being honest or if they are lying?

Hello!

I just got pre approved for a loan and now on the step to getting with a realtor. I've been told to kind of interview and talk to more than one realtor to find the one that best suits your needs and i wanted to get some input. What questions should I ask a realtor so that I can find the one that best fits my needs? And what are some red and green flags I should look out for?

Thanks!

Anybody familiar with the prices of Colombus, OH market? Anything around $100k-$150k? Looking for an OOS investment I was told to look in the Midwest and was wondering if there are any specific areas/ surrounding cities that can meet my budget needs?

I am planning to buy a property outside of my home state and I wanted to know the things I should look out for, take in to consideration, and prepare for if I have an out of state investment. Any tips?

Hello everyone!

I wanted to know what would be a good percentage of a Cash on Cash Return on Investment on a property (especially your first property). What number range should I try to reach as far as a percentage on a ROI as a beginner? Should I even focus on that for starting out? Any recommendations on what I should look for/how I should approach this?

I was also stationed at DM until about a year ago and love the Tucson market. I have a STR there that used to be my primary residence and it does fairly well.

Oh nice! I was with the 355th CES when I was stationed there! Would you recommend buying property over there? I'm pretty familiar with the area and have a few friends that have rentals there as well. I also noticed some price cuts in that market. We can get more into detail about this if you'd like to get in contact?
