@Phillip Dwyer oh nice! Yeah I heard about no state income taxes! Also is there any big name companies that attract people to work in Las Vegas? Also I know a lot of people from California move over there is there a number on how many people move to Vegas yearly?

@Will Barnard is Zillow a credible source of hard data to analyze the housing market history in Las Vegas? Is there any other apps or forms of information that I can use to see the history?

@Dan Stanley First goal is to get my first property there lol. But for the long run my goal is to make positive cash flow out of properties there and make passive income. Was leaning towards living in a property and renting out the other rooms, also wanted to buy a duplex or triplex there but not a whole lot is available in Vegas unless you buy in the North and East side of Vegas (which is a pretty rough part of town)

@Phillip Dwyer I plan to live there as well! Actually the place is pretty familiar for me as I have family there and I’ve visited a bunch of times as a kid. Just not too familiar with how Vegas is with real estate investing

Hello everyone! I was wondering if there is anyone that invests in real estate in Las Vegas and would it be good to invest in 2022? I’m an aspiring Real Estate investor currently serving in the military overseas, and plan to get out and start investing in real estate once I come back state side. Was looking for some opinions on Las Vegas to see if it’s a good area to buy in 2022.
